CDEK delivery services
Most parcels within the borders of Russia and neighbouring countries are shipped via CDEK delivery services. The standard delivery price amounts to 350 r. for pickup points and 450 r. if you want the parcel to be delivered to the doorstep. Orders with total amounts of more than 12 000 r. are delivered for free across Russia.
Post services
All international orders are shipped via Post services. The delivery costs depend on the weight of a parcel and are calculated individually. Russian post is also a viable option for remote regions and is always available at your request.
Storage time and order pickup
In CDEK pickup points parcels are stored for 14 days, in Russian post offices - for 15 days. Make sure you pick your order up on time and please contact us with any questions concerning delivery deadlines and other details.
Urgent delivery
We are always ready to organise ASAP deliveries if you need the parcel to arrive on time for a special event. These could be CDEK express, EMS or other options available for your location. In Moscow and Yekaterinburg you can request a courier delivery and receive the order on the same day you placed it.

Bank transfer
The easiest payment method for debit cards is the System of fast payments. In case you are not familiar with the service, we attach an instruction on how to start. It lets your transfer money with no commission and straight from your online bank app. Once the payment is completed, we will send you a receipts via SMS/email.
