Return policy
If you are inclined to return or exchange an item, please let us know as soon as possible via the means of communication used for order placement. Please note that we do not cover the delivery costs unless the item has visible defects and/or was damaged while being shipped to you. In case the damage is a fault of ours, we are always ready to offer you a return / replacement and pay extra shipment fees.
We give a warranty of 1 month since the moment the item was delivered to you. Further repair and other services are payed for additionally.

Return policy
You can return only the items that have not been in use. The item you return, as well as its original packaging must maintain a commercial form. Please study carefully the instructions we send on how to pack the return correctly in order to avoid damage.
According to the law, we cannot accept a return of a custom-made jewelry piece or if an item has been modified specially for you (e.g. chain length alteration).
How to return an item?
Please let us know immediately if you decide to return or replace an item. If you are returning item(s) via CDEK delivery services, we will fill in all the necessary forms in advance and let you just name the code to the operator.
When will I get my money back?
Once we receive the item you are returning, we are allowed to transfer the money back within 10 days. If the piece returned displays a commercial form, the amount you payed will be returned to you the same way you purchased the good, less the delivery costs.
